4x5 Large Format Camera, Silver Prints

The Minneapolis photo booth was created as a tool to document people in Minneapolis. Constructed out of PVC pipe and fabric, the photo booth brings people in from the sidewalk. Once in the boundaries of the booth, I am able to get a five minute meeting with each subject. Although I am not always able to get their name, I acquire a different story from each individual. The photo booth is a place of equality, everyone is welcome to enter and have their portrait taken.
